Some basic tenets that guide Kathryn and her work:

  • Use fear as a tailwind, not a headwind. Fear often indicates you’re in the right place for growth.

  • Treat others as you would treat yourself. Collaborate with people who treat themselves well.

  • Struggle holds gifts, embrace the struggle.

  • Your best compass is a mirror.

  • There are always resources to get you there, keep searching and you’ll find them.

  • Every action has impact, use your energy to make that impact meaningful.

  • Words are important, take time to choose them wisely.

  • There are many ways to communicate, use them all.

  • Never hesitate to tell someone they are loved, important, or doing a good job.

  • Lead with love, always.

Kathryn is a mom to two teenagers and a big cat named Howie.

A little about Kathryn

Kathryn Dickel is the Founder of Pollinate Ritual, among other businesses and projects. Being a founder, business owner and community activist for over 20 years has given Kathryn a wealth of experience and resources to bring to her work with others. Her life experience and education has provided her opportunities to execute in the fields of culture, politics, business development, strategic planning, outreach, messaging and healing; leading to successful outcomes for individuals and organizations in start-up and renewal cycles.

Kathryn is not a coach, she is a guide. “Coaching assumes that you know how to do something and you are teaching someone how to do it your way. I don’t do that with those for whom I am in service to. I don’t presume anything. I guide them through their transformation with deep self exploration, modalities that fit their specific energy and resources from an amazing well of creative humans that have collaborated with me over the years. That is the beauty of the work. I don’t apply the same roadmap or system to every person, project or organization. I guide each person(s) individually so that the journey can be truly comprehensive based on their transformational needs.”

Kathryn has worked with artists, municipalities, CEOs, politicians, parents and non-profits to guide them through their transformation. She also specializes in creating retreat experiences for groups exploring transformation.
